HCR Consultancy is led by Helen Rogers, who has recruited, trained and developed some of the leisure industries leading sales executives and managers. She is recognised as one of the leading managers and innovators within this sector. Her role in a start up business in the early 90’s was so successful that the facility was over subscribed two months prior to opening its doors. This particularly achievement earned her the industry award of European Sales Manager of the Year.

Since then Helen has been involved at board level in some of the leading names in hospitality, golf and health and fitness sectors including Viva! Health & Leisure, Whitbread, Marriott Hotels, MMM Marketing
and Bladerunner.

Five years ago HCR Consultancy Limited was established and since then the focus has been on helping small to medium size clubs & hotels with membership sales, sales management, recruitment & training, marketing and retention programmes, club design, fit out, project management, financial modelling & audit implementation.
